How do I return an item?

Return Policy

We hope you love what you've ordered, but if there's an issue or you're not 100% satisfied, we will make this an easy process for you!

We do our best to process returns as soon as possible.

You must request a return claim within 14 calendar days by email to

Original sales receipt must accompany returns.

We accept returns for exchange or store credit only within 14 calendar days after delivery of the product. At our sole discretion after 14 calendar days, we may offer an exchange or store credit only. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:

• without showing signs of wear or damage in any way .... no stains, smell of cigarette smoke, perfume, deodorant or other odors, have animal hair or have been damaged
by you will NOT be accepted. We are not responsible for damages to clothing as a result of improper care or handling or incorrect sizing.

• within 14 calendar days of the delivery date

• unless noted that it cannot be returned or has a different return policy time period other than that 14 days noted in that item's particular item description.

All Clearance, Sale and Accessories purchased are final sales and cannot be exchanged or returned.

Contact as soon as possible to make exchange for items need to be pulled to fulfill order. Please email for your return authorization (RA) request. We only accept return request through email.

Please put RETURN in the subject heading and include the following: Name, address, phone number, style number & color, quantity, reason for return or exchange and picture of damaged unit if possible will speed the process.

After an RA# is issued, all returns must be received within 14 days or will be refused. Once received we will do our best to process exchange within 1-5 days

If the item is not in the same condition as it was when it left our warehouse it will not be accepted. We will not accept any items that have been ripped/ torn/ come apart at the seam when trying an item on or holes made to items when opening packages with scissors - this is not a manufacturer defect.

We recommend you to send your return via an issued carrier such as UPS, USPS, or FedEx to verify receipt of the return. We are not responsible for lost returns. Customers will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred for delivery.


If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately. Items that are defective and sfrom us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit.

Exchanges / Store credits are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Again you MUST contact us within 14 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store. Items returned to us AFTER 14 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be processed. You will be responsible to pay the additional shipping costs to send back to you. If you choose not to pay shipping charges to get it back to you, your items will be donated to charity after 14 days of our receipt.

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.
